Video: Syracuse native competes on ‘The Voice’

Josh Batstone said he enjoyed learning from the celebrity judges on “The Voice.” He said Pharrell seems like a “total gangster, bad*ss dude” but that he’s actually “the sweetest.”
Josh Batstone competed on NBC’s “The Voice” for a few months, and is now back to playing shows in the Syracuse area. Batstone, a Fulton, New York, native, will soon move to New York City to pursue his dream of becoming a professional musician.
