A car crashed into a light post on the corner of Waverly and Comstock avenues Tuesday night.

The car, a black Hyundai Elantra, had its driver’s side headlight broken and crushed in. Roads were slick with snow when the accident happened just before 10 p.m., but it is unknown if the crash was weather related.

A Department of Public Safety officer at the scene said there were no injuries but declined to comment further.

It is unknown if any students were involved.

Three DPS cars were present at the scene but traffic was not stopped or blocked due to the accident.
