Connecticut center Wolf suspended indefinitely
Enosch Wolf, a center for Connecticut, has been suspended from the team indefinitely after being arrested Monday morning.
The 7-foot-1 center was arrested at 5:55 a.m. on Monday and is being charged with burglary in the third degree, criminal trespassing in the first degree and disorderly conduct, according to a police report first obtained by The Daily Campus. A court date is scheduled for Wednesday, the same day the Huskies face No. 6 Syracuse.
“We are aware of the situation concerning Enosch and we are taking the matter very seriously,” UConn head coach Kevin Ollie said in a statement. “He has been suspended from the team indefinitely, until the legal and university process is finalized.”
Wolf has played all 22 games for Connecticut this season, starting three. He’s averaging 3.4 points and 3.4 rebounds in 13.7 minutes per game this year.
